Remembering Someone You've Never Met?

Obviously, forgetting a loved one is never easy, and it seems impossible to most. You cannnot choose who you fall in love with, or when you fall in love. Also, you cannot choose when to fall out of love. Moving on after a serious relationship is a very hard thing to do, and for some it may take years. You cannot just forget about someone that you think you may be in love with, because you'll miss them, and catch yourself thinking about them all the time, whether you want to or not. There is nothing you can do about it besides giving yourself time to heal.

So you can't forget someone that you love. When the author of this quote says it would be like trying to remember someone you've never met, they mean that it is almost impossible. You can't remember someone that you've never met, and that's a fact. In the same sense, you cannot forget someone that you love. You just have to give yourself time to heal, and to move on, and that person will probably always stay in your memories.

Trust is Like Paper

The reasoning behind this quote is almost simple. What happens when you crumple up a peice of paper, then try to unfold it? It will never be the same, perfectly flat peice again. You can try to make it the way that it was and maybe if you try hard enough, it will come close, but it will never again be the same perfect peice of paper.

It is the same with trust. Once you meet someone, you should be able to trust them from the beginning, but once that trust is broken, it is broken forever. You can try to make it the way that it was, and maybe if you try hard enough, it will close, but it will never be the same. I think many of us could compare this to ourselves with boyfriends or girlfriends cheating, or friends "stabbing us in the back". I also think we all have lost someone's trust in one way or another, and  i think this quote is a really good way to explain the feeling of losing someone's trust, because it can never be perfect again.

Be Different

You are not unique if you think that you need to be the exact same as everyone else. Every person is different, and that's the way that it should be. If everyone wore the same thing, acted in the same way, and was the exact same, life would be very boring, and if somone left, it wouldn't matter, because they could be easily replaced with another person.

Life is cool, BECAUSE everyone is different, and personally I think that it is a great thing. The only thing that isn't good about it, is that I think people look at their peers too much, and then decide how they need to act. Life isn't about FINDING yourself..Its about CREATING yourself. So make you're self unique, and irriplaceable. Make yourself special and different. You'll never be remembered if you try to be like everyone else.

Do It Because It Makes You Happy :)

In my opinion it is smart to thing things through before you do them, but if it's not going to hurt you or negatively affect your future, do it! Be spontanious, and fun and free! We'll only be young once, so why not make a couple mistakes, or make a couple last minute desicions. Who knows, some of these spontanious moves could make your life significantly happier.

I dare every person that reads my blog, to do something harmlessly spontanious and fun sometime this week. You might have more fun than you have in a while. You never know! If you think every decision through, and worry about everything, you'll never make mistakes or last minute decisions, and that's what life's all about!! :P

Love Yourself First

"Love Yourself First and Everything Else Falls Into Place"

Your main concern in life should be to love yourself, and you will only really be happy if you actually do. If you spend your whole life waiting for others to love you and to make you happy, then you will never truely be happy. Only people who do not rely on others for happiness can truely be happy, because they can be happy when alone, whether they have a boyfriend or girlfriend or not, or any friends, they can be happy just by themselves because they love themselves no matter what.

The rest will fall into place after this because if you love yourself and if you are happy, then other people will see this, and admire you for it. They will see your confidence and happiness and it should inspire them to be the same way. If you don't already have a lot of friends, you should find them soon, or maybe a significant other because people like to be with people who make them smile, and if you love yourself, you're most likely happy :)
